E.F.T. Emotional Freedom Techniques
EFT, also known as Tapping, works very simply and scientifically. It has us face and remember a cognitive emotional experience, a method used in psychology as "exposure". (Dawson Church). We then pair that remembered scenario with a new cognitive input reframing the memory with a statement of self-acceptance. This process helps to reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. EFT can be used to assist in the releasing of stress and other upsetting emotions in order to promote self-acceptance and calm.

Sessions can be done in person. They also can be done live on Zoom.
